We made this roasted vegetable last week and I have eaten pounds of it. It’s unbelievable. I will let you all in on a trade secret. This may break the rules but whateva - I am unsure who reads these anyways. The secret? With your roasted vegetables take some dried fenugreek leaves and turn them into a powder. Finish the veg off with it. It’s earthy, bold, deep, complex & simple all at the same time. Unique. Just like me. That’ll be a million dollars. Kidding, you don’t owe me nothing. But, maybe… no. You deserve it. This will be one of those meals that’s so good all mashed up or cold, or hot - or… however you want to eat it. Over the last year or so I have used the - a lot. I find this advantageous because I tend to write a lot of run on’s or weird sentences so when one uses this - it’s like they’re in mid thought and the rules don’t apply. Try that too. Two pieces of advice. Boom. I also learned that if it’s under the number 10 you always write out the number. I’ve always remembered that. Writing has so many rules man, break em - just type and let the mind do what it wants. Just use real words. Or don’t, I don’t sometimes and I love it. - Chef Noah
