We made this exact meal 3 years ago and I haven't forgotten about it since. I remember how it tasted and thinking to myself, dang this is so GOOD. I look at a picture of it all the time on our Instagram when I’m thinking of menu ideas yet I never pick it to make a return. Why? Unsure. Kinda dumb actually. So, this week we're bringing it back! Throw another shrimp on the barbie baby because there is a 100% chance this will be tremendous! If you are feeling motivated, this tossed in a large burrito wrap is delicious. OR tossed between 2 tortillas and fried in butter (perhaps with even more cheese in the middle) and served as a delicious quesadilla. Sour cream not optional, it’s required. Anyways, it’s an absolutely dank meal that you will want to eat 1 billion of. Enjoy. - Chef Noah
