I just wanted to eat tacos. How fun to have pizza and tacos on a singular menu. Perhaps a meal prep service first. Real pioneers of industry baby! We are like astronauts heading up to space just doing what we can to reach new heights and take er’ easy whilst enjoying the elevation! I think this pico is the best thing ever and I enjoy making harissa sauce. To be honest, I am pretty distracted at the moment -- me & mand adopted a dog and we got him a new bed. Guy loves pillows and probably has never had a real bed before as he was a southern stray. So, he’s got one stuffed with sheep wool and a nice cotton duvet on top. We presented it to him yesterday and he hasn’t gotten off it since. He usually only snores when he’s snuggling one of us but he’s absolutely hammering the air out of him currently so I’m pretty sure he’s enjoying it and I am pretty amped for him. Dogs man… the greatest things on planet earth. Close second would be butter, red meat and cheese -- in no specific order. - Chef Noah
