This is going to be a first for us and I am frigging PUMPED! Listen, I know we toss in our buffalo pulled chicken to the cue often but what’s not to love? I find it to be incredibly palatable, easy to eat and not spicy! I've been dabbling in a lot of quesadilla making as of late and thought this would be wicked. The sauce is a SUPER one! I mean, super. I made it today and it was a perfect first draft. Very minimal tweaks and I was spooning it righteously into my mouth for many quality control tastes baby! It’s April vacation for the kids and Easter so we're usually contending with both. So, we decided to make a shortened menu of only things I want to eat just in case we don’t sell out and I am the super proud owner of these babies. If this tells you anything, it means that both of these will be pretty epic! Enjoy this perfect treat. Brownie points if you do in fact toss it between 2 tortillas and sauté this Mamacita until golden brown and oozing with the goods. - Chef Noah
