I used it. I loved it. I looked at the ingredients and said “I can do that, easy.” So, I did that. Wasn’t wildly easy because peeling like 8 quarts of ginger roots is kinda arduous - but it’s worth it. It’s delicious. I love it. I initially thought about just doing a yum yum style sauce for this meal. That’s played out, man. I’ve done it a ton. I have had this weird affinity for messing with gochujang lately. Maybe because I think the name is cool. Maybe because I think it’s so unbelievably versatile. So, I perused my overstock and came up with something I feel like would complement the glaze well. Come to find out, it’s probably the best sauce I have ever made. So good in fact I wrote the recipe on the white board - it’s perfect. First go of it. That always feels pretty nice. Usually that… doesn’t happen. I am enthused. You will in fact, agree, I know it. We did tenders last week for bulk and they sold out in a minute. They are GOOD. Great mouth feel. Great all around.
